delicate, well balanced and smooth
Sourced from warmer vineyards in the Adelaide Hills, this Australian Sauvignon Blanc has a French twist. The wine is fermented in 100% French oak barrels and experiences yeast lees stirring during fermentation. The result has tropical fruit aromas of lychee and gooseberry enriched by clean, mineral oak characters. The palate is smooth with a hint of creaminess.
