The fruit for this Cabernet Merlot was sourced from our premium vineyards throughout South Australia. Optimum harvest conditions produced this flavoursome. quality focused, balanced wine. The fruit parcels were harvested individually, fermented, blended and matured on French oak to produce this vibrant, lively wine with luscious mouth feel and a rewarding lengthy finish.
Palate
A medium bodied Cabernet Merlot with elegant blackberry and spiced fruit tones, generous weight and impressive length. Great structure and complex with a lengthy oak finish.
Aroma
Pleasant aromas of dark fruits and berries, spiced fruit, and subtle vanilla oak tones with hints of clove.
