A sophisticated blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir our pewter sparkling is sophisticated and full of life.
Palate
A complex, full-bodied Sparkling with a fine bead. Vibrant fruit flavours of apple and white peach have been complemented by a supple creaminess from yeast autolysis.
