Sourced from the cool climate of the Adelaide Hills, this stylish and contemporary wine is vibrant and flavoursome. The fruit was crushed and de-stemmed to varying sizes and shapes where it was then fermented on oak at cool temperatures for six months to deliver a wine packed with fruit flavours, complimented by subtle spicy oak characters. This Chardonnay is medium bodied with noticeable acidity and an intense palate of green plum, apple, and pear.
A fresh and vibrant wine with pure fruit flavours, the palates wonderfully poised acidity enhances the layers of nectarine and toasted oak through to a crisp citrus and dry finish.
Classic Adelaide Hills nuances of nectarine and peach intertwine harmoniously with the wines French oak influence complemented by subtle fresh citrus which elegantly lingers on the nose.
