The fruit for this Shiraz was selected from grapes in the McLaren Vale, South Australia region. Optimum harvest conditions deliver this quality, balanced and aromatic wine. The grapes were harvested fermented, blended and matured in a combination of old French and American oak barrels to produce a Shiraz full of vibrant and juicy flavours followed by a subtle spice finish. The 2015 Platinum Shiraz is a full-bodied wine that highlights intense flavours of dark fruits, vanilla, and mocha spice.
