The Chardonnay and Pinot Noir fruit were picked from premium vineyards in South Eastern Australia. The fruit was then crushed, de-stemmed and immediately clarified.
Fermentation followed using selected yeast strains at a cool temperature, and lasted for 2 weeks. Post fermentation the wine was racked of the fermented lees and remained on light lees to mature and develop until blended. The result is a superb, refreshing sparkling wine.
A zesty and refreshing sparkling wine that displays elegant, creamy texture and length with well integrated acidity.
Fresh cut white peach and red apple.
The wine is made to be enjoyed while it is fresh and vibrant.
