The fruit was machine harvested from carefully selected parcels from various soil types and trellis systems to balance the style and flavour profile. Fermentation was carried out at a cool temperature for two weeks following which the wine was left on light lees until blended.
Made from predominately chardonnay grapes with a touch of pinot noir to add colour and fresh berry flavours, this is a vibrant sparkling wine to perfectly complement any celebration.
Palate
A zesty and refreshing sparkling wine. Vibrant fruit flavours of strawberries and cherries provide a fruit sweetness which is well balanced by a refreshing green apple and citrus finish. A soft fine bubble completes the wine.
