A beautifully fresh and vibrant wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes sourced from premium sparkling vineyards in the Limestone Coast region. While it is a dry style, concentrated fruit flavours of peach, passionfruit and green apple provide a fruit sweetness which is balanced by a refreshing citrus finish. To produce a fine bubble, secondary fermentation was carried out in stainless steel which helps to avoid losing any primary fruit character and maintain the wines vibrancy.
Palate
A zesty and refreshing sparkling wine. Concentrated fruit flavours of peach, passionfruit and green apple provide a fruit sweetness which is well balanced by a refreshing citrus finish. A soft fine bubble completes the wine.

Lifted fruit salad, dominated by peach and passionfruit.
