Tropical fruit and pear flavours dominate this delicate, fresh Pinot Grigio.
Made in the traditional Italian style, fruit was sourced predominantly from the Del Rios vineyard in Victoria and gently pressed using airbag presses and the resulting free run juice was then chilled to 4 degrees and filtered before fermentation. Post fermentation the wine was cold stabilised and lightly fined before being cold filtered ready for bottling.
Tropical fruit and pear flavours and hints of citrus provide a fresh, clean, crisp style with a medium bodied palate.
A delicate aroma of pear and passionfruit with floral undertone.
This wine is best enjoyed now while it is fresh and vibrant.
The light to mid weight palate makes this wine suitable to a wide range of dishes from fresh salad of pomegranate and mango to Moroccan spiced chicken.
