Our full-bodied, tangy Verdelho reinforces the aromatics before finishing with a refreshingly crisp, citrus note. Sourced from our premium Hunter Valley vineyards, this is a wine of outstanding quality and consistency. We’ve harvested the grapes at night to keep the fruit cool, immediately pressed and clarified the juice and then fermented with an aromatic strain of yeast to retain the true nature of this joyous grape.
Palate
A full-bodied and tangy Verdelho with intense flavours, similar to the wine’s aromatics - ripe, tropical fruits of pineapple, passionfruit and guava. The wine finishes with a refreshingly crisp, citrus finish.
