So as the weather heats up and the festivities begin, we’ve taken the liberty of preparing this list of five must-try Christmas gin cocktail recipes that are sure to get your taste buds tingling this holiday season.

Christmas Gin Spritz

Why you will love this cocktail

Red is the quintessential colour of Christmas. With just two main ingredients and a simple garnish, this delicious cocktail is a perfectly-themed Christmas tipple.

Our Tempus Two Copper Shiraz Gin is the star of the show here. It’s a premium, wine-based gin infused with wild botanicals and the unmistakable sweet and peppery notes of a full-bodied and juicy shiraz.

French 75 cocktail

Why you will love this cocktail

The French 75, named after the 75mm French field gun used during World War 1, was once touted as being able to knock you flat, much like its namesake. There have since been a few variations to the recipe over the years; it's no longer quite as potent as the heady days of war-time Paris. But the bubbly, citrusy combo, matched with the herby and complex flavours of our Tempus Two Wild Botanical Gin, is the perfect palate cleanser in between Christmas lunch rounds.

Ingredients

Combine the Wild Botanical Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Strain into your sexiest Champagne Flute, top up with Champagne, or our 2020 Tempus Two Varietal Blanc de Blancs Sparkling et voilà, French 75!

Negroni Christmas Punch

This recipe uses our Tempus Two Wild Botanical Gin to create a delicious cross between a traditional Negroni and a fresh and fruity Sangria. Perfect for sharing with your guests before tucking into Christmas dinner.
