With grapes sourced from premium vineyards in South Eastern Australia, the Copper Series Prestige Cuvée is a luscious sparkling wine showcasing zesty, vibrant, and fruit-driven flavours.
The fruit was crushed, de-stemmed and immediately clarified. Fermentation followed for 2 weeks at cool temperatures after the addition of selected yeast strains.
This allowed the wine to retain intense aromas and maximum fruit characters.
